Here is how it works:
- You send Progressive Diagnostic Imaging the patient's x-rays and information about the patient's history. Generally, recommended x-ray views are:
- Cervical - Flexion/Neutral/Extension lateral views (for impairment rating analysis)
- Cervical - Neutral, A/P and lateral views
- Thoracic - A/P and Lateral
- Lumbar - Flexion/Neutral/Extension lateral views (for impairment rating analysis)
- Lumbar - A/P and Lateral
- Our technicians scan the x-rays.
- Our doctor analyzes the images with our patented software technology.
- Our technician prints a custom report with supporting literature.
- Our radiologist reads the films for pathologies and oversees the biomechanical report (optional).
- PDI returns the x-rays and the reports to you via Federal Express.
If there are questions before or after services are performed, Progressive Diagnostic Imaging staff is always willing to help. The knowledgeable staff works with doctors to help make their jobs easier. If the results are not clear to the doctor, the time is taken to explain the results. Usually, the results are self explanatory. In more technical situations, the doctor is taken through a step-by-step explanation of the process. Textbook references are used to document and validate the conclusions provided. This allows the patient and the doctor to speak on the subject with confidence.
